On this page, you’ll find detailed information about our payment, registration, and cancellation policies for workshops, trainings, online events, and individual sessions.

💳 Payments

  • Trainings and workshops: Payments can be made via bank transfer or in cash.

  • Online events: Payment is made during registration via secure card payment through Stripe.

✅ Registration Confirmation

Your registration is confirmed once full payment is received. You will receive a confirmation email from us as soon as your place is secured.

📋 Waiting List

Registrations are handled on a first-paid, first-confirmed basis.

When a course is full, you may request to be placed on the waiting list. We’ll notify you via email if a spot becomes available. To confirm your place, you must:

  1. Pay the required amount, and

  2. Confirm by email.

❌ Cancellation Policy for Trainings, Workshops & Courses

If you need to cancel your participation, a partial refund may be available depending on timing and the specific course.

  • Please refer to the course-specific conditions outlined in the event materials or request them from us by email.

  • All cancellations must be submitted via email to initiate the refund process.

🧘 Cancellation Policy for Individual Sessions

If you need to cancel or reschedule a private session:

  • More than 48 hours in advance: No fee.

  • Less than 48 hours (but more than 24): 50% of the session fee is charged.

  • Less than 24 hours or no-show: 100% of the session fee is charged.

Exceptions: In case of force majeure (e.g., hospitalization or a death in the family), or with a valid medical certificate, cancellation fees may be waived.

💻 Cancellation Policy for Online Events

You may cancel your registration for an online event and receive a full refund if done at least 7 days before the event.

To cancel:

  • Click the cancellation link provided in your registration email.

  • Refunds will be processed within 10 days via bank transfer.
